The flow of events until an applicant can work at Japan
Walk-in Students with NC II (SSW)

Enroll to Daiwa Japanese Language School Inc.
↓
Study for 3 months
(comes with conversation skill-up course and assistance to passing the prometric exam)
↓
Once you have graduated Daiwa Japanese Language School Inc., you can use what you have learned to pass the JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic
↓
Take the Prometric Exams
↓
Once you have completed all the requirements only can you go to a Manpower Agency
(Daiwa will be recommending a list of agencies but walk-in students are free to choose what agency they wish to apply in)
↓
Works to be processed by agency
↓
Interview with Japanese a employer
(use what you have learned from the conversation skill-up course)
Walk-in Students without NC II (SSW)
↓
Enroll to Daiwa Japanese Language School Inc.
↓
Study for 3 months

Once you have graduated Daiwa Japanese Language School Inc., you can use what you have learned to pass the JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic

Daiwa can refer you to a TESDA accredited training center for your NC II acquisition

Take the Prometric Exams

Once you have completed all the requirements only can you go to a Manpower Agency
